Welcome to Witches Marketplace (“we,” “us,” or “the Marketplace”). By registering as a vendor and selling through witchesmarketplace.com, you agree to the following Vendor Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms exist to protect the Marketplace, our vendors, and our buyers—fairly and transparently.
If you don’t agree, don’t sell here. Simple as that.

You keep full ownership of your work and brand
You’re responsible for your products, listings, shipping, and customer care
We provide the platform, visibility, and payment system — not the products
Be honest, be respectful, and sell what you actually make or have the right to sell
No illegal items, no counterfeit goods, no guaranteed claims
Fees, payouts, and rules are transparent — no surprises
If problems arise, we step in to protect buyers and the integrity of the marketplace
By selling on Witches Marketplace, you’re agreeing to run your shop professionally and ethically — while we work to build a trusted, long-term home for independent creators.

1. Vendor Eligibility
To sell on Witches Marketplace, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal right to sell the products or services you list
Provide accurate, truthful business and contact information
Comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws
We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove vendors at our discretion.
2. Nature of the Marketplace
Witches Marketplace is a multi-vendor platform, not a party to individual transactions.
Vendors are solely responsible for their products, listings, pricing, fulfillment, customer service, and legal compliance
We do not manufacture, stock, inspect, or ship vendor products
We are not liable for disputes between vendors and buyers
3. Products & Services Allowed
You may sell:
Handcrafted, small-batch, metaphysical, spiritual, gothic, alternative, or artisan goods
Digital products (where permitted)
Services only if explicitly approved by the Marketplace
You may not sell:
Illegal items
Counterfeit or stolen goods
Mass-produced items misrepresented as handmade
Prohibited substances, weapons, or hate-based content
Products making medical, legal, or guaranteed outcome claims
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these standards.
4. Listings & Accuracy
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all listings:
Are truthful and not misleading
Include accurate descriptions, pricing, and photos
Clearly disclose materials, usage, and limitations
Avoid absolute or guaranteed claims (especially spiritual or metaphysical outcomes)
Misrepresentation may result in listing removal, suspension, or permanent vendor termination.
5. Orders, Fulfillment & Shipping
Vendors must:
Fulfill orders within their stated processing time
Package items safely and appropriately
Provide tracking when applicable
Communicate delays clearly and promptly
Failure to fulfill orders may result in refunds, penalties, or account suspension.
6. Payments & Fees
Vendors receive payouts according to the Marketplace’s current fee structure
Marketplace fees, commissions, and payment processor fees will be disclosed separately
Vendors are responsible for their own taxes, including income and sales tax where applicable
- Payment Processing Fees
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Standard processing fees (currently approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are deducted before vendor payouts.
Processing rates are set by the payment processor and may change without notice.
Witches Marketplace does not provide tax advice.
7. Refunds, Returns & Disputes
Vendors must:
Clearly state their refund and return policy
Comply with the Marketplace’s minimum buyer protection standards
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
In disputes:
We may step in to mediate
We may issue refunds at our discretion to protect buyer trust
Repeated issues may result in removal from the platform
8. Intellectual Property
Vendors retain ownership of their original work
Vendors grant Witches Marketplace a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display product images, descriptions, and branding for marketing and platform purposes
Vendors must not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to sell what you list.
9. Vendor Conduct
Vendors must:
Act professionally and respectfully
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
Not attempt to circumvent Marketplace fees or systems
Not redirect buyers off-platform to avoid commissions
Violation may result in immediate termination.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate a vendor account if we believe you have:
Violated these Terms
Harmed buyers or the Marketplace’s reputation
Engaged in fraud or unethical behavior
Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.
11. Limitation of Liability
Witches Marketplace is not liable for:
Vendor losses, missed sales, or business interruptions
Buyer misuse of products
Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Witches Marketplace from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your products or services
Your listings or conduct
Your violation of laws or these Terms
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Marketplace after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
