Trademark & Brand Usage Policy — WitchesMarketplace™

This Policy explains how vendors may reference and use the WitchesMarketplace™ name, trademarks, and brand assets.
By operating a shop on WitchesMarketplace.com, vendors agree to comply with this Policy at all times.

WitchesMarketplace™ is a trademark owned by Witches Marketplace, LLC. All rights are reserved.

1. Permitted Descriptive Use

Vendors are permitted to reference WitchesMarketplace™ solely to indicate that they sell on the platform.

Examples of acceptable descriptive statements include:

• “Independent seller on WitchesMarketplace.com”

• “Shop my store on WitchesMarketplace™”

• “Find my products on WitchesMarketplace.com”

Use must always be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

2. Prohibited Uses

Vendors may not, under any circumstances:

1. Suggest ownership, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Witches Marketplace.
   Examples of prohibited wording include (without limitation):

   • “Official Witches Marketplace Vendor”

   • “Sponsored by Witches Marketplace”

   • “Powered by Witches Marketplace”

2. Use the WitchesMarketplace™ name within a business name, shop name, product title, or domain name, including variations or misspellings.
   Examples:

   • “Witches Marketplace Crystals”

   • “WitchesMarketplaceShop.com”

3. Use WitchesMarketplace™ branding in connection with goods such as apparel, stickers, mugs, or other merchandise without prior written authorization.

4. Use our trademarks in any way that may cause confusion regarding ownership, affiliation, or control of the vendor’s business or products.

3. Logo & Brand Asset Requirements

If using approved brand assets:

• Logos must appear unmodified (no recoloring, stretching, cropping, shadowing, filters, or overlays).

• Adequate clear space must be maintained around the logo.

• Logos may not be combined with other brand marks, symbols, or shop logos.

Only files supplied or approved by Witches Marketplace may be used.

4. Printed & Promotional Materials

Vendors may reference WitchesMarketplace™ on printed or digital materials
(e.g., business cards, banners, flyers, websites, social posts), provided:

• the vendor remains clearly identified as the business, and

• all requirements in this Policy are followed.

When space allows, vendors must include the following disclaimer:

Witches Marketplace is a multi-vendor platform. This shop is independently owned and operated.

5. Approval Requirements

Written approval from Witches Marketplace is required if a vendor intends to:

• feature WitchesMarketplace™ branding as a primary design element,

• use the trademark in a context not expressly permitted here, or

• produce any items that incorporate Witches Marketplace trademarks or logos.

Requests may be submitted to Marketplace Support. Approval may be granted or denied at Witches Marketplace’s discretion.

6. Enforcement

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in corrective action, including:

• request for modification or removal of materials,

• suspension of listings, or

• termination of marketplace privileges.

Witches Marketplace reserves the right to update this Policy at any time.
