Most handmade, custom, digital, ritual, or perishable items are non-returnable.

Refunds and returns are handled directly by the seller, not Witches Marketplace.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported quickly (usually within 48 hours of delivery).

Overview
Witches Marketplace (“WMP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a multi-vendor online marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers. Each shop on WMP is operated by an individual seller, and return and refund policies may vary by vendor.
By placing an order on WitchesMarketplace.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Vendor-Specific Policies
Because WMP hosts multiple independent sellers:

Each vendor sets their own return, refund, and exchange policy

Vendor policies are listed on individual shop pages and/or product listings

Buyers are responsible for reviewing a vendor’s policy before purchasing
WMP itself does not manufacture, ship, or directly sell the products listed unless explicitly stated.
Returns
Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted only if:

The vendor’s individual policy allows returns

The request is made within the timeframe specified by the vendor

The item is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original condition (unless damaged in transit)
Non-Returnable Items
Unless a vendor explicitly states otherwise, the following are non-returnable:

Custom or made-to-order items

Personalized products

Digital downloads or services
-
Ritual items, spell work, readings, or energetic services

Perishable goods (herbs, teas, oils, etc.)

Clearance or final sale items
Refunds

Refunds are issued by the individual vendor, not WMP

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

Processing times vary depending on the vendor and payment provider

Original shipping fees are typically non-refundable unless the vendor states otherwise
WMP does not guarantee refunds outside of vendor policy terms.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact the vendor directly within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos of the item and packaging

Follow the vendor’s instructions for resolution
Failure to report issues within the vendor’s required timeframe may result in denial of a refund or replacement.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled at the vendor’s discretion and only if outlined in their shop policy.
Marketplace Role Disclaimer
Witches Marketplace acts solely as a platform connecting buyers and sellers.
We are not responsible for:

Vendor shipping delays

Product quality or accuracy

Lost packages

Refund approval decisions
However, we do monitor seller activity and may intervene in cases of repeated policy violations or bad-faith conduct.
Disputes & Resolution
If you are unable to resolve an issue directly with a vendor:

Provide your order number, vendor name, and documentation
WMP reserves the right to review disputes and take action against vendors when necessary, including account suspension.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue through the vendor or WMP support may result in account restrictions or termination.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
