Not everything belongs in the Circle.
Not every practice is permitted here.

Violation of this Scroll may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent removal—without debate.

1. Prohibited Listings

The following items may not be listed, sold, or promoted on WitchesMarketplace™:

• Mass-produced, factory-made, or drop-shipped goods misrepresented as handmade, crafted, or artist-created

• Counterfeit items or replicas of copyrighted or trademarked works

• Stolen designs, plagiarized content, or unauthorized reproductions

• Items that violate intellectual property rights of any party

• Items that are illegal, restricted, or regulated in the seller’s or buyer’s jurisdiction

• Items that violate the Scroll of Bone & Animal Remains

• Listings created to mislead, deceive, or exploit buyers

WitchesMarketplace™ reserves the right to determine whether an item meets marketplace standards.

2. Prohibited Claims & Representations

Vendors may not make claims that promise or guarantee outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Medical, health, or healing claims

• Legal or financial guarantees

• Claims of curing illness, disease, or mental health conditions

• Guaranteed spell results or assured manifestations

• Claims of supernatural authority, licensing, or certification not verifiably held

All metaphysical, spiritual, ritual, or symbolic items must be presented as curios, tools, or traditional practices, not as guaranteed solutions.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are not permitted on WitchesMarketplace™:

• Harassment, intimidation, bullying, or abusive behavior

• Discriminatory or hateful content targeting protected groups

• Manipulative, coercive, or deceptive sales practices

• Threats, extortion, or retaliation toward buyers, vendors, or staff

• Posting false reviews or incentivizing reviews improperly

• Attempting to influence disputes through intimidation or off-platform pressure

The Circle must remain safe, respectful, and intentional.

4. Platform Abuse & Circumvention

Vendors may not:

• Attempt to bypass platform fees or commissions

• Solicit off-platform payments from buyers

• Share personal contact information to avoid marketplace systems

• Re-upload listings that have been removed for policy violations

• Operate multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions

• Interfere with moderation or enforcement processes

Such actions may result in immediate suspension.

5. Fraud & Misrepresentation

Any form of fraud, including but not limited to:

• False identity or business information

• Misrepresentation of product origin or materials

• Misleading photos or descriptions

• Intentional non-fulfillment of orders

will result in immediate review and potential permanent removal.

6. Enforcement & Consequences

WitchesMarketplace™ reserves the right to:

• Remove listings without prior notice

• Suspend or terminate accounts

• Withhold payouts in accordance with applicable policies

• Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities

Enforcement decisions are made to protect the integrity of the marketplace and the Circle as a whole.

7. No Appeals Guaranteed

While vendors may request clarification, WitchesMarketplace™ is not obligated to reverse enforcement decisions.

Repeated violations or severe breaches may result in permanent removal without reinstatement.

8. Updates to This Scroll

This Scroll may be updated as laws, platform needs, or community standards evolve.

Continued use of WitchesMarketplace™ constitutes acceptance of the most current version.

Closing the Circle

The Forbidden Arts are named not to shame, but to set boundaries.

Those who respect the Circle will never fear this Scroll.
Those who test it will find it enforced.
