Your satisfaction is important to me! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to my error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. I’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been shipped or entered production.

Warranty

I stand behind the quality of my handmade products. If you experience a workmanship defect within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact me. If the issue is determined to be a defect in craftsmanship, I will repair, replace, or refund the item at my discretion.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or damage caused by pets or children.
