For physical items that haven’t been worn have a 45 day return policy. After 45 days the item can be returned but the customer will need to contact the seller in order to get a refund. For physical items that have been worn please contact the seller so it can be worked out. For readings, if you cannot make your appointment please contact the seller 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule. Anything within those 24 hours is subject to partial or no refund.
