WitchesMarketplace exists to connect creators, seekers, makers, and collectors in a space built on respect, integrity, and good vibes.
These Community Standards explain what’s expected of everyone here — buyers, vendors, visitors, and moderators alike.

By using WitchesMarketplace, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Treat People Like People

We do not tolerate:

• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or intimidation

• Hate speech, discrimination, or slurs based on identity or beliefs

• Threats or violence, implied or direct

• Doxxing (sharing personal information)

Differences are welcome. Disrespect is not.

Be Honest & Transparent

Keep interactions real and truthful.

• No scams, misleading listings, or fake reviews

• No impersonation or pretending to be someone else

• Clearly describe products, shipping times, and conditions

• Honor commitments and communicate when issues arise

Trust is the backbone of our marketplace.

Keep Content Appropriate

This community allows alternative lifestyle themes — BUT there are lines.

Not allowed:

• Pornographic or explicit sexual content

• Graphic violence or gore

• Shock, hateful, or abusive content

• Items promoting self-harm or dangerous behavior

• Content intended to deceive or manipulate

Adult-themed items must be tasteful, legal, and clearly labeled where permitted.

Respect Spiritual Diversity

We welcome witches, pagans, occultists, skeptics, and everyone curious.

We do NOT allow:

• Attacking or shaming others for their beliefs

• Claiming guaranteed outcomes for spells or rituals

• Predatory spiritual services (fear-based selling, “curses for hire,” etc.)

Magic is personal. Keep it ethical.

Follow Laws & Marketplace Rules

All buyers and sellers must comply with:

• Local, state, federal, and international laws

• Shipping restrictions and import regulations

• Our Policies (Refunds, IP, Prohibited Items, etc.)

Illegal items, counterfeit goods, stolen materials, and dangerous substances are strictly banned.

If an item is questionable, ask before listing — we’d rather help than remove it later.

Respect Intellectual Property

Only sell or upload content you own or have permission to use.

Not allowed:

• Copyrighted artwork without permission

• Trademark misuse or brand knockoffs

• Plagiarism, stolen descriptions, or copied photos

Creators deserve credit — always.

Keep Transactions On-Platform

For everyone’s safety:

• Don’t move payments off-site

• Don’t request personal financial info

• Don’t offer deals meant to bypass fees

Off-platform transactions remove our ability to protect you.

Reviews Should Be Helpful — Not Harmful

Reviews must be:

• Honest

• Relevant

• Respectful

We remove reviews that are abusive, retaliatory, extortionary, or unrelated to the purchase.

Zero Tolerance for Fraud or Exploitation

Immediate account action may occur for:

• Chargeback abuse

• Payment fraud

• Account hijacking

• Multi-account manipulation

• Exploiting bugs or loopholes

Protecting the community comes first.

Enforcement & Reporting

We review reports and take action when policies are violated, including:

• Content removal

• Listing suspension

• Temporary restriction

• Permanent account removal (for serious or repeated violations)

If you see something concerning, report it. Quietly. We’ll handle it.

We may also update these standards as the community grows.
