Witches Marketplace is built for real makers. If you believe a listing, shop, or piece of content on this site violates intellectual property rights, is counterfeit, or breaks our policies, you can report it here.
We take reports seriously, but we also protect makers from false or abusive claims. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can review quickly and fairly.
You can report:
Copyright infringement (stolen photos, stolen product descriptions, copied artwork)
Trademark misuse (brand names/logos used without permission, confusing “lookalike” branding)
Counterfeit or mass-produced items being sold as handmade
Prohibited items / restricted items
Safety concerns (dangerous products, misleading claims)
Harassment or abusive behavior
Not a fit for this form:
Order issues (shipping delays, refunds, damaged items)
Personal disputes not related to policy violations
What happens after you submit:
We review reports in the order received.
We may temporarily hide a listing if the claim appears credible and urgent.
We may contact you for more info.
We may contact the seller for a response.
If infringement or a serious violation is confirmed, we may remove the content, restrict the shop, or take further action.
Timing: Most reports are reviewed within 3–7 business days, depending on volume and complexity.
Important: Submitting a report does not guarantee removal. We review evidence and make a decision based on our policies and applicable law.
Copyright notices
If you are reporting copyright infringement, please include:
The copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The exact content you believe infringes (URL required)
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act
Your electronic signature
