All items are carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipping. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer warranties beyond the 30-day return period. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in the mail, nor for damage caused after delivery, including breakage or misuse by the client.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
